My approach

I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, understood and actively involved in the process. My approach is collaborative, practical and grounded in evidence. Together, we'll work to understand not only the difficulties you're experiencing, but also the strengths, values and experiences that can support meaningful and lasting change.

I bring the same care to assessment work: taking the time to understand your history and experience, not simply completing an assessment, so that you leave with a meaningful understanding of your strengths, challenges and recommendations, rather than just a report.

What to Expect

Reaching out for support is often a significant first step, and I want that step to feel as clear and unpressured as possible.

You're welcome to get in touch directly, or attend with a referral from your GP. Your first appointment is focused on understanding your concerns and goals. There's no obligation to commit to anything beyond that first conversation. From there, we'll work together to decide on the most appropriate way forward, whether that's ongoing therapy, an assessment, or another form of support or referral if that's likely to be the most helpful option.

If you're not sure whether therapy or an assessment is the right fit, that's completely okay: get in touch and we can talk it through together.

Appointments

Appointments are available in person and via secure telehealth across Western Australia. Current consulting locations and appointment availability are available on the booking page.
